Establishment of the Mid-Pleistocene Weixian Formation of NonMarine Sedimentary System in the Mid-West Hebei Plain

摘  要:基于对河北平原中西部两个第四系标准钻孔的岩石地层、磁性地层、生物环境及气候地层、年代地层和化学地层等的综合对比研究,参考已有的大量水文地质钻孔资料,在分析前人研究资料的基础上,重新建立了中更新世魏县组。魏县HZK1孔孔深500.74 m,全孔平均岩心采取率90.55%,古地磁B/M界线为105.00 m;辛集市XZK1孔孔深502.71 m,全孔平均岩心采取率90.20%,古地磁B/M界线为133.45 m。新建立的魏县组底界在古地磁B/M界线附近,年龄约0.78 Ma,该组顶界的光释光(OSL)年龄在108.1~155.7 ka之间。古地磁与OSL年龄均表明该组形成于中更新世。进一步依据孢粉组合、气候与环境旋回性演变造成不同的岩石组合等特征,将其划分为上、中、下三段,并对各段的形成时代进行了讨论。魏县组可作为河北平原中西部中更新世非海相沉积体系的代表岩石地层组。Referring to existing hydrogeological data obtained from numerous cores, this study, including multidisciplinary lithostratigraphies, magnetostratigraphies, biostratigraphies, climatostratigraphies, chronostratigraphies and chemicostratigraphies, was carried out for two standard Quaternary boreholes in the middle west of Hebei Plain. The depth of Borehole HZK1 hole from Weixian is 500.74 m and the average core recovery is 90.55%.The paleomagnetic B/M Boundary is at 105.00 m. With regard to Borehole XZK1 from Xinji City, the depth is502.71 m and the average core recovery is 90.20%. The paleomagnetic B/M Boundary is at 133.45 m.The bottom boundary of newly established Weixian Formation is in the vicinity of paleomagnetic B/M Boundary and its age of ~ 0.78 Ma. The top boundary age of OSL for Weixian Formation is between 108.1 ~ 155.7 ka. Paleomagnetic and OSL ages indicate that the Weixian Formation was formed in middle Pleistocene. At the same time, on the basis of the characteristics of sporopollen assemblages and different rock combination affected by the cycles of climatic and environmental evolution, Weixian Formation is divided into three members, and the formation age is discussed for each section. The Weixian Formation could be considered as the representative group of the middle Pleistocene non-marine sedimentary system in Mid-west of Hebei Plain.
