摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定白背叶药材中大波斯菊苷含量的方法。方法：采用Gemini—C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以甲醇-0．1％磷酸水溶液（40：60）为流动相，柱温：25℃，流速：1．0mL·min，检测波长：336nm。结果：大波斯菊苷达到基线分离，在0．04486～0．8972／zg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9993），大波斯菊苷平均加样回收率（n=6）为97．67％（RSD=1．94%）。结论：所建立的含量测定方法操作简单、快速、重复性好，可用于白背叶药材的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of Apigenin-7-O-glucoside in Mallotus apelta. Methods： HPLC was performed on a Gemini-C18 analytical column （4.6minx 250 ram, 5μm） at 25 ℃ with methanol and 0.1% Phosphoric acid （40..60） as the mobile phase. Results： The baseline separation of Apigenin-7-O-glucoside was achieved The linear ranges of 0.04486-0.8972μg （r=0.9990）. The average recovery（n=6） was 97.67% （RSD=1. 94 % ）. Conclusion ： The method of determination is proved to be simple, quick, repeatable, and can be used for quality control of Mallotus apelta.
