新媒体影响大学生政治参与的实证研究——以微博为例

摘　　要：理性、有序、健康的大学生政治参与,对于促进大学生自身成长和国家民主政治建设具有重要意义。在当前的新媒体环境下,大学生的政治参与程度、动机和内容等都发生了显著变化。调查发现,大学生政治参与在新媒体环境下呈现出载体使用频率高、内容丰富、目的模糊、信念性参与强以及制度化参与水平低等特点,并存在由新媒体、大学生和社会等多方带来的诸多问题。推进新媒体环境下的大学生政治参与,需要政府、社会、高校的协同努力,切实加强新媒体建设,为大学生政治参与提供良好的外部环境;高校要创新理念,改进教育手段和方式,将人才培养过程与新媒体应用紧密有机结合;大学生要树立科学的政治参与意识,不断提高自身的媒介素养。Reasonable, ordered and healthy political participation of college students is of conspicu- ous significance for the maturing of college students themselves and the democratization of the na- tion. With the emergence of new media, the extent to which college students participate in political affairs, as well as their motives and contents, has undergone formidable changes. Surveys demon- strate that the characteristics of college students＇ political participation in the era of new media en- compass high frequency, varied contents, vague objectives, firm belief and low institutional partici- pation, and issues are typically related to new media, college students, the entire society, etc. In order to enhance college students＇ political participation under new media, the coordinated efforts jointly made by the government, community and higher educational institutions are essential. The healthy development of new media is also necessary to provide college students with proper external environment for political participation. Universities and colleges should also strive to combine routine education and the application of new media using improved techniques. College students themselves should also develop correct values towards political participation and enhance their skills of dealing with new media.
