摘  要:浙江是海洋文化大省,有其独特的海洋自然条件和优厚的海洋资源,应充分利用自己的优势,转化劣势,迎接挑战,采取切实可行的措施,促进海洋文化产业各行业的发展。海洋文化产业布局既要有战略高度,又要接地气;大力塑造浙江海洋文化品牌和培养既了解海洋文化产业理论,又能进行文化产业开发的创新人才;探索和寻求实现我省海洋文化产业的集聚发展模式,从而实现浙江经济增长方式的转变和产业结构的升级,实现浙江海洋文化产业的可持续发展。Zhejiang province with the largest Marine culture, has its unique Marine natural conditions and rich Marine resources. Then how can we make full use of their advantage,disadvantage,meet the challenge,take feasible measures to promote the development of Marine culture industry sectors? Marine culture industry should have a strategic layout,the top-level design and to grounding gas as well. Zhejiang Marine culture brand and culture understands both Marine culture industry theory,and innovative talents for the development of cultural industry. It is important to explore and seek to implement our province the Marine cultural industry cluster development mode,so as to realize the transformation of economic growth mode of Zhejiang and the upgrading of industrial structure,and realize the sustainable development of Marine culture industry in zhejiang province.
