摘  要:目的 探讨芹菜素对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致糖尿病大鼠的调节血脂和抗氧化作用.方法 将120只雄性无特定病原体Wistar大鼠完全随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组和5、10、20和40 mg/kg芹菜素治疗组,各20只.除正常对照组外,其余大鼠采用腹腔注射STZ的方法建立大鼠糖尿病模型,5、10、20和40 mg/kg芹菜素治疗组造模成功后连续4周腹腔注射芹菜素治疗,正常对照组和模型对照组分别给予等体积的0.9%氯化钠注射液.治疗后4周,测定各组大鼠血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛含量及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛含量,以及心肌组织病理学改变.结果 20、40 mg/kg芹菜素治疗组大鼠血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C含量明显低于模型对照组[总胆固醇:(2.7±0.7)、(2.5±0.8) mmol/L比(3.4±0.8) mmol/L;三酰甘油:(1.23±0.35)、(1.10±0.26) mmol/L比(1.63±0.66) mmol/L;LDL-C:(1.04 ±0.36)、(0.98 ±0.38) mmol/L比(1.22±0.38) mmol/L],40 mg/kg芹菜素治疗组大鼠血清HDL-C水平明显高于模型对照组[(0.77±0.29) mmol/L比(0.61 ±0.17) mmol/L],10、20、40 mg/kg芹菜素治疗组大鼠血清AST、肌酸激酶、LDH、丙二醛含量明显低于模型对照组[AST:(106±31)、(99±27)、(94±28)U/L比(130±42) U/L;肌酸激酶:(862±186)、(837±176)、(803±164) U/L比(954±225) U/L;LDH:(938±168)、(903±149)、(865±152)U/L比(1 133±207) U/L;丙二醛:(12.7±2.8)、(12.0±2.9)、(11.6±2.6)nmol/mg比(14.1±3.6)nmol/mg],20、40 mg/kg芹菜素治疗组大鼠血清T-AOC明显高于模型对照组[(10.4±3.1)、(11.8±3.2)U/L比(8.1±2.3)U/L],20、40 mg/kg芹菜素治疗组大�Objective To investigate the effect of apigenin (APG) on regulating plasma lipid and improving antioxidant ability in diabetes model induced by streptozocin (STZ) in rats.Methods One hundred and twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,diabetes model control group and APG (5,10,20 and 40 mg/kg) treated groups (each n =20).Except for normal control group,the diabetes model were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ.The rats in APG (5,10,20 and 40 mg/kg) treated groups were treated with intraperitoneal injection of APG for 4 weeks after establishment of the diabetes model,the rats in normal control group and diabetes model control group were given equal volume of 0.9% sodium chloride.After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),creatine kinase (CK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),malonaldehyde (MDA),total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in the serum were measured;the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT),the content of MDA in the myocardial tissue were determined;the histopathological changes of myocardial tissue were observed.Results Compared with diabetes model control group,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly decreased in the serum in 20 and 40 mg/kg APG treated groups [TC:(2.7 ±0.7),(2.5 ±0.8) mmol/L vs (3.4± 0.8) mmol/L,TG:(1.23±0.35),(1.10±0.26) mmol/L vs (1.63 ±0.66) mmol/L,LDL-C:(1.04± 0.36),(0.98 ± 0.38) mmol/L vs (1.22 ± 0.38) mmol/L];the level of HDL-C in the serum was significantly increased in 40 mg/kg APG treated group [(0.77 ± 0.29) mmol/L vs (0.61 ± 0.17) mmol/L];the level AST,CK,LDH,MDA in the serum were significantly decreased in 10,20 and 40 mg/kg APG treated groups [AST:(106±31),(99 ±27),(94 ±28) U/L vs (130 ±42) U/L,CK:(862± 186)
