威灵独活汤循膀胱经中药熏蒸治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨威灵独活汤循膀胱经熏蒸治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 选取2013年12月至2015年2月于黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市中医医院就诊的血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例.观察组应用威灵独活汤循膀胱经熏蒸治疗,2次/d,对照组口服活血止痛胶囊治疗,3粒/次,3次/d,2组均治疗15 d.采用日本骨科学会（JOA）下背痛评分系统评价2组患者治疗前后腰椎功能,并比较临床疗效.结果 治疗后观察组腰椎功能评分明显高于治疗前和对照组同时点[（23 ±3）分比（14±4）、（19±4）分],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组治疗前后的差值评分和提高幅度均明显高于对照组[（7±3）分比（5±4）分、（62.4±34.1）％比（50.4±36.5）％],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组[93.3％ （56/60）比81.7％ （49/60）],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 威灵独活汤循膀胱经熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,操作简单且无损无创.Objective To explore the effect of weiling duhuo decoction in treating blood stasis kind of lumbar disc herniation through bladder meridian fumigation treatment.Methods Totally 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation from December 2013 to February 2015 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group,（60 patients each group）.Observation group was treated with weiling duhuo decoction through bladder meridian fumigation treatment （twice/d）,control group were treated with oral capsules of huoxuezhitong （3 grains/time,3 times/d）.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores （JOA） low back pain score were used to evaluate of lumbar function before and after 15 days of treatment,the effective rate was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,JOA score in observation group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment,also being significantly higher than that in control group [（23 ± 3） scores vs （14 ± 4）,（19 ±4） scores] （P 〈0.05）.The score difference of pre-and post-treatment,and increased percentage of score after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group [（7 ± 3） scores vs （5 ± 4） scores,（62.4 ± 34.1） % vs （50.4 ± 36.5） %] （P 〈 0.05）.The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group [93.3% （56/60） vs 81.7% （49/60）] （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Weiling duhuo decoction through meridian fumigation treatment is effective in blood stasis kind of lumbar disc herniation,with the advantage of being simply to operate and non-invasive.
