摘  要:采用共沉淀法制备Si O2-Al2O3复合氧化物载体,研究制备过程中陈化时间、Si O2与Al2O3物质的量比、焙烧温度以及硅前驱体对载体物化性能的影响,采用N2物理吸附仪、激光粒度仪、X射线衍射、NO程序升温脱附和扫描电镜对样品进行表征。分别在800℃和1 000℃条件下对载体进行高温老化,对比老化前后载体性能。采用浸渍法负载载体质量分数0.3%的Pt,制得Pt负载型NO氧化催化剂,对催化剂活性进行评价。结果表明,硅铝物质的量比为20∶80,陈化12 h,以硅溶胶为硅前驱体,500℃焙烧得到的载体负载Pt后达到预期的NO氧化效果,可以作为NO氧化催化剂用载体。SiO2-Al2O3 composite oxide carriers were prepared by coprecipitation method. The effect of aging time, the molar ratio of silica to alumina, calcination temperatures and silicon precursors on the physicochemical properties of the carriers during the preparation was investigated. N2 physical adsorption instrument, laser particle size analyzer, X-ray diffraction, NO temperature programmed desorption and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the as-prepared samples. In addition, the performance of the carriers after high temperature aging treatment at 800 ℃ and 1 000 ℃ was measured respectively. The catalysts loaded with 0.3wt% Pt (based on mass of the carrier) were prepared by impregnation method, and their activity of the catalysts for NO oxidation was evaluated. The results showed that the carrier prepared under the condition of molar ratio of silica to alumina 20: 80, silica sol as the silicon precursor, aging time 12 h and calcination temperature 500 ℃ could be used as the carrier of Pt supported catalyst, which reached the expected effect of NO oxidation.
