摘  要:为了获得高性能顺酐加氢催化剂,提高加氢产物γ-丁内酯选择性,采用浸渍后直接还原法制备Ni/Ti O2催化剂,考察其催化顺酐加氢性能,并与焙烧后再还原的催化剂进行对比。采用N2物理吸附-脱附、XRD和H2-TPD等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,直接还原法制备的催化剂表现出较高的CO加氢活性,主要是由于直接还原法制备的催化剂表面具有较高浓度的氧缺陷位,该氧缺陷位可通过接受CO中氧的孤对电子活化CO,促使其与H2发生加氢反应,表现出高的CO加氢活性。Ni/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by direct reduction after impregnation procedure in order to obtain the catalyst with higher catalytic performance for maleic anhydride hydrogenation and improve the selectivity to the product γ-butyrolaetone. The catalytic performance of the as-prepared catalyst for liquid phase hydrogenation of maleic anhydride was investigated, and compared with that of Ni/TiO2 catalyst reduced after calcination procedure. The catalysts were characterized by N2 physical adsorption-desorption, XRD, and H2-TPD. The results showed that Ni/TiO2 catalyst prepared by direct reduction method exhibited higher activity for C=O hydrogenation. The higher activity of C=O hydrogenation was attributed to a higher concentration of the oxygen vacancies on the catalyst surface, which could promote the hydrogenation of C=O group by accepting lone pair of electrons of oxygen in C=O group.
