摘 要:研究了TCDTO-1脱烯烃精制催化剂在重整装置应用过程中催化剂的失活现象,通过NMR、XRD、NH3-TPD和低温N2物理吸附等对失活催化剂结构进行表征。结果表明,失活催化剂的分子筛骨架结构未发生变化,比表面积和孔容大幅度下降,形成的积炭沉积在催化剂表面以及堵塞孔道可能是导致催化剂失活的主要原因。失活催化剂再生后比表面积、孔容及活性中心恢复,具有较好的活性和稳定性,反应性能和新鲜催化剂基本相当,能够重复使用。The deactivation and regeneration of TCDTO-1 de-olefin catalysts in reforming aromatic process were investigated. The structure of deactivated TCDTO-1 catalyst was characterized by NMR, XRD, NH3-TPD and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques. The results indicated that the framework structure of deactivated TCDTO-1 catalyst was unchanged ,and the specific surface area and pore volume decreased; the deposition of coke species on the catalyst surface and pore Channel blockage should be the main causes of catalyst deactivation. The deactivated TCDTO-1 catalyst was regenerated by carbon burning, and its specific surface area, pore volume and active centres Were recovered. TCDTO-1 catalyst after regeneration possessed good activity and stability. The reactivity properties of the catalyst after repeated use and fresh catalyst was equivalent.
