摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,大型设备工程项目不断增多,给设备工程项目监理工作带来极大的挑战。加强设备监理理论体系研究工作显得尤为重要,然而目前针对设备监理理论体系的探讨较少。因此,本文结合设备监理工程师应具备的知识体系,初步探讨了设备监理理论体系。基于设备监理实质上是对人和组织的协调、管理、控制,文章以组织行为学理论为管理根基,借鉴项目管理理论,整合设备更新与维修理论,构建设备监理理论体系框架。帮助设备监理工程师对监理工作产生清晰、系统的认识,为项目管理提供帮助、启示。With the development of China＇s economy, more and more large plant engineering projects have come into sight, resulting in great challenges for plant consulting engineers. Accordingly, strengthening the research on the theoretical system of plant engineering consulting service has become prominently important. However, exploration of this issue still does not draw much attention at present. This paper provides a preliminary study on the theoretical system of plant engineering consulting service in light of the body of knowledge necessary for a plant consulting engineer. Since the plant engineering consulting is in essence coordination and management of people and organization, this study uses the organizational behavior theory as the management basis. The paper tries to set up a framework of plant engineering consulting theory by referring to the project management theory and equipment updating/maintenance principle. The purpose is to help the plant consulting engineers have a better understanding of their work so as ot benefit project management.
