镍钛记忆合金聚髌器在髌骨粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨镍钛记忆合金聚髌器在髌骨粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年1月至2014年6月期间接受治疗的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者50例,随机分配为观察组与对照组,每组各25例。对照组以张力带钢丝进行治疗,观察组以镍钛记忆合金聚髌器进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:观察组患者的优良率明显高于对照组患者,组间相比差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折临床效果显著,可在短时间内促进患者康复。该治疗方法值得在临床上广泛推广,以帮助更多患者受益。Objective： To investigate the application effect of Ni- Ti memory alloy patella concentrator in the treatment of comminuted patellar fractures. Methods： 50 cases with comminuted patellar fractures were randomly divided into the control group（ 25 cases） using tension band wire and the observation group（ 25 cases） using Ni- Ti memory alloy patella concentrator. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The excellent rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Ni-Ti memory alloy patella concentrator has a great effect on the treatment of comminuted patellar fractures and can promote the rehabilitation of patients in a short time. This treatment method is worthy of widely clinical application so as to benefit more patients.
