摘　　要：资本主义核心价值观的强势渗透和国内价值多元冲突等"内忧外患",是我们在理解社会主义核心价值体系和核心价值观的重要意义时所必须置入的重要背景。社会主义核心价值体系和核心价值观的提出是对社会主义本质和优越性认识的深化发展,为整合多样化价值观、引领社会思潮和建构社会主义价值秩序提供了有效的指导,是对国内意识形态"西化"倾向和维护国家意识形态安全的积极应对。它的创新表现在:实现了对我国主流意识形态的扩容,体现了其开放性;增添了共通的情感性因素和人类共性话语,增强了其感染力,扩大了其群众基础;分层要求使其更具操作性和对象化。要使社会主义核心价值观升华为信仰,提高认识、增强认同是前提,落小落细落实是关键。To understand the significance of socialist core value system and socialist core values,it is necessary to take both the internal and external threats coming from the strong impact of capitalist core values and domestic multiplex value conflicts into consideration. The proposal of socialist core system and socialist core values is of great importance to understand socialist essence and superiority.It also provides effective guidance for integrating multiplex values,leading ideological trend and constructing socialist value order. It fights against the impact of western ideology and defends national ideology security. The innovation of socialist core value system may be reflected in the following aspects: the expansion of China's mainstream ideology with the tendency of opening-up to the world,the increase of common affective factors and the common human discourse with great charm,the popularity over the masses and the hierarchical implementation with operability and objectification. Therefore,to upgrade socialist core values into belief,it is of great significance to seek for further understanding and recognition. Also,it is compulsory to take concrete measures to implement socialist core values.
