摘 要:针对韶钢3 450 mm中厚板生产线轧制厚规格钢板生产过程中出现的不平度缺陷问题,通过现场跟踪,分别从轧制、快速冷却和矫直工艺等方面对其产生原因进行深入分析,找出了各个工序对厚规格钢板不平度缺陷问题的影响因素,在此基础上制定了相应的工艺措施,并在各个工序上机应用,取得明显效果。生产线厚规格钢板的不平度缺陷率由6%以上降低到3%以下,大大减少了不平度缺陷率高带来的订单制造周期长等问题,创造了较为显著的经济效益。For the unflatness defect problem of larger thickness steel plate rolled in Shaogang 3 450 mm medium plate production line,the paper makes a thorough analysis on the causes from various aspects of rolling,accelerated cooling and leveling process by means of site tracking,determines the effects of each working procedure on unflatness problem of larger thickness steel plate,establishes corresponding technological measures and applies the measures in every procedure,receiving a good result. The unflatness defect rate of larger thickness steel plate has been decreased from 6% and more to 3% and lower,greatly reducing the long lead time problem of the orders due to higher unflatness defeet rate,creating comparatively significant economic benefits.
