摘  要:通过对宁钢180 t转炉终渣碱度(R)、氧化性(FeO)与脱磷率之间关系的研究,发现碱度与氧化性呈正相关关系,将终渣碱度控制在3.40~3.80区间时,能够同时保证(Fe O)≤20%,脱磷率〉85.5%。此外,基于降低转炉冶炼辅料消耗的思路,对转炉终渣(MgO)含量和炉衬维护进行了分析,认为将终渣(MgO)含量控制在8.0%~8.5%能够满足生产需求。By studying the relationship among final slag basicity,oxidation and dephosphorizing rate,it is found that there is positive correlation between basicity and oxidation. When the final slag basicity is controlled to a value between 3. 40 and 3. 80,the content of( Fe O) is lower than 20%,and the dephosphorizing rate is higher than 85. 5%. In addition,the final slag content of( MgO) and refractory lining maintenance practice are analyzed based on the considers of lowering the consumption of BOF auxiliary materials. The conclusion assumes that controlling the final slag content of( MgO) to a value between 8. 0% and 8. 5% can satisfy the production requirements.
