摘　　要：随着移动互联网的发展,微信公众号作为一种虚拟的交流媒介在医院宣传中得到了广泛的运用。文章对微信公众号的特点及法律主体的认定进行了分析,对其所可能产生的法律风险,提出了应通过合法合理使用他人的作品、合法渠道获得原创及转载作品、对侵权行为及时处理等方式进行管控的建议。With the development of mobile Internet, wechat public number, as a kind of virtual communication medium, has been widely used in the hospital propaganda. This paper analyzed the characteristics and the cognizance of the legal subject of wechat public number. To its possible legal risks, the author puts forward the following suggestions to control： reasonable use others＇ works, legal obtain of original and distribute works, and timely processing of infringement behaviors, etc..
