摘　　要：对1例57岁男性猝死案例的基本情况及尸检情况进行详细报道,结合其案情、临床病史和死亡经过综合分析,认为其系在患重症冠心病、严重主动脉粥样硬化和主动脉夹层的基础上因突发主动脉夹层破裂致急性心包压塞而猝死。This paper reported in detail the basic situation and the autopsy of one sudden death case of a57-year-old man. Based on the comprehensive analysis on its case details, clinical history and death process, the author argues that the man＇s sudden death was caused by acute cardiac tamponade with sudden aortic dissection rupture with the combined cause of severe coronary heart disease（CHD）, severe atherosclerotic aorta and aortic dissection.
