摘　　要：从图书馆读者学视角,对高职院校学生的阅读动机、阅读需求和阅读行为等阅读现状进行了分析研究,提出改善高职学生阅读现状的具体举措,包括培养学生的阅读习惯和提升学生的阅读能力,以促进学生成才与成长。Based on the study of library readers, this paper makes an overall analysis on the present reading situation of higher vocational college students, including reading motivations, reading needs and reading behaviors. Mean- while, it comes up with some specific measures to improve the above reading situation, such as how to develop the students＇ reading habits and how to enhance their reading ability.
