摘  要:为提高甲基营养型芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂(WP)的润湿性和悬浮率,通过助剂筛选、正交试验设计优化了制剂配方。结果表明,以萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物(NNO)作为分散剂和烷基丁二酸磺酸盐(CB-102)作为润湿剂的复配助剂,助悬浮和助润湿效果明显;通过正交试验设计确定了该可湿性粉剂中助剂的最佳添加比例为:1%轻质碳酸钙,6%CB-102和6%NNO。以此为配方制取的可湿性粉剂悬浮率可达到74.7%,润湿时间48.2 s,pH值为6.89,指标均可达到指定标准;田间试验结果表明,甲基营养型芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂稀释500倍液和800倍液对黄瓜灰霉病的防效分别达到78.8%和74.7%。To improve the wettability and the suspensibility of bacillus methylotrophicus wettable powder( WP), the formulation of bacillus methylotrophicus WP was optimized by additives screening and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the compound adjuvant which is composed by NNO as dispersant and CB- 102 as wetting agent can improve the suspensibility and wetting effects. Orthogonal experiment design was used to determine the optimum mixture proportion of the adjuvants in WP: 1% of light calcium carbonate( LCC), 6% of CB- 102 and 6% of NNO. Based on the formulation,the suspensibility of WP can reach to 74.7%, wetting time is 48.2 s and pH value is 6.89, the index all satisfy the proper standard. The results of field experiment show that the control efficacy of bacillus methylotrophicus WP dilute 500 times and 800 times on cucumber gray mold are 78.8% and 74.7% respectively.
