摘  要:以花生壳为原料,经Na OH化学改性,对改性前后的花生壳吸附性能进行对比,研究了吸附时间、吸附剂用量、吸附质浓度、废水pH值和温度等因素对改性花生壳吸附Pb2+的影响。研究结果表明:经Na OH改性后,花生壳的表面变得多孔洞、结构蓬松,利于吸附,且吸附性能有很大的提高,其最适反应条件为:吸附时间为60 min,吸附剂投加量为3 g/L,Pb2+初始浓度为≤50 mg/L,pH为7,温度为25~55℃,吸附平衡时Pb2+去除率可达到98.17%。Peanut shells as the raw materials were chemical modified by Na OH, and adsorption behavior of peanut shells were compared before and after modification. The influences of the adsorption time, adsorbent dosage, adsorbate concentration, waste water pH value and temperature and other factors on the adsorption of Pb^2+by modified peanut shells were studied. The results show that after modified by Na OH, the surface of peanut shells becomes porous, fluffy structure,conductive to absorption, and the absorption performance has greatly improved. The optimum reaction conditions are adsorption time is 60 minutes, adsorbent dosage is 3g/L, initial concentration of Pb2+is ≤50 mg/L, wastewater pH is 7, and temperature is 25~55℃, the removal rate of Pb2+can reach 98.17% when equilibrium adsorption.
