摘　　要：选取岳阳楼景区,选取一楼、二楼两个起火点设置场景,利用FDS对发生火灾后的烟气温度、有毒气体浓度、可见度等特征参数的分布变化情况进行模拟,并获得可用安全疏散时间。设置火灾、突发事件情况下的疏散场景,利用BuildingEXODUS对景区人员疏散进行研究,获得必要疏散时间。分析岳阳楼景区消防安全性,指导岳阳楼景区消防安全和突发事件应急处置工作,并为应急预案的制定提供依据。Yueyang Tower scenic was selected as example.With the scenarios of fire at first floor and second floor,FDS was used to get the change and distribution of visibility,temperature and concentration of toxic gas fumes,and the available safety evacuation time was obtained too.The personnel evacuation was also researched by the BuildingEXODUS with the scenarios of fire and emergency accident,and the required safety evacuation time was obtained.The fire safety of Yueyang Tower scenic was analyzed,to guide the job of fire safety and emergency disposal in Yueyang Tower scenic,and to give reference to the make of emergency plans.
