摘　　要：为解决传统固定灭火设施启动灭火慢、受低液位影响大的问题,研发了外浮顶油罐密封圈初期火灾快速灭火装置。装置采用正压同轴氮气发泡,整套独立安装于浮盘之上,可与储罐区报警系统联动实现定点报警、快速启动,喷嘴伸入二次密封内部,灭火效率较高。经过全尺度密封圈灭火试验表明:装置可以快速有效扑灭密封圈初期火灾。In order to avoid slowly start of fixed fire protection installations and fire extinguishing performance influenced by low oil level,fast fire extinguishing device for rim seal fire for oil floating-roof tank was developed.The device adopted positive pressure nitrogen foaming system,it was equipped on the oil floating-roof isolated and could be linked with the alarm sys-tem achieve sentinel alarm in storage tank zone,the injection device was located into the secondary seal,so the extinguishing efficiency was higher.After a full scale seal fire extinguishing experiments：the device could extinguish the fire at sealing ring fast and effectively at the initial stage.
