摘　　要：舰船消防训练是舰船损害管制训练的重要内容,传统的考核方式存在考核广度窄、成绩信度低和没有准确定量的总成绩3个问题。提出递进式的考核方法,通过拓宽考核广度、厘清素质与实作的关系、建立无量纲化的考核成绩数学模型,得到获取准确可信的综合考评成绩的方法。The ship fire training is an important content of ship damage control training,the narrow assessment scope,unreliable validity of inspection results and unable to measure the comprehensive performance were three problems existing in traditional examination way at present.In order to get accurate and credible comprehensive evaluation results,the progressive type of assessment methods was given through three ways：determining the relationship of quality and implementation,broadening the examination scope and setting up dimensionless mathematical model of the inspection results.
