摘　　要：结合城市综合体的现状及特征,给出城市综合体的定义;根据城市综合体的功能类型、业态比例、建筑高度及建筑面积,对国内16个城市的449个综合体进行统计分析,并按照建筑面积将城市综合体划分为一般、中型、大型及特大四种类型,且四者所占的比例呈现2∶1∶1∶1的分布规律;最后对建设期和运营期的城市综合体火灾风险特征分别进行分析,主要有配套消防设施不完善,火灾荷载大、疏散困难、灭火救援速度慢等问题。This paper defined the concept of urban complex based on the development status and features of urban complex, and selected 449 typical urban complex in 16 main cities to analyze its characteristics based on function format, development model, area and height of building. According to the difference of building area, urban complex was divided into four types inclu-ding general urban complex, middle-sized urban complex, large-scale urban complex and mega urban complex. At the same time, the proportion of four kinds of urban complex was 2 ： 1 1 ： 1. Meanwhile, the fire risk characteristics of urban complex during construction period and operational period are analyzed such as imperfection of fire facilities,large fire load,difficulities in evacuation,and poor-pace firefighting and rescue.
