摘　　要：为解决大型及特殊建设工程在消防设计、日常监督管理中存在的问题,提高该类建设工程的总体安全系数,通过对浙江省大型及特殊建设工程现状的调查,分析了大型及特殊建设工程的发展趋势,提出了其火灾危险性大、火灾扑救难度大、消防技术标准体系不健全和监督管理难度大的消防安全特点,并对做好大型及特殊建设工程的消防安全工作提出了具体消防安全对策。In order to solve the problems of fire safety,daily supervision and management of large or special construction project and improve general safety level,through the investigation on situation of large or special construction project in Zhejiang province,analyzed the development trend of large or special construction project,its characteristics were discussed as high fire risks,difficulty in fire fighting,imperfect fire technical standards and difficulty in supervision and management,and specific countermeasures for fire safety of large or special construction project were put forward.
