区域创新文化评价研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：近年来文化的影响作用受到重视,创新文化对于经济和社会发展的作用也得以肯定。区域创新文化是区域内所产生的,能够引导和促进区域中各有机主体创新行为的文化体系。已有研究对区域文化的评价作了有益的尝试,但是针对区域创新文化评价的研究还比较鲜见。首先回顾了区域创新文化已有研究,在此基础上,进一步分析了区域创新文化的内涵,阐述了评价区域创新文化的必要性和可行性,建立了区域创新文化的评价指标体系与模型,并将其运用于山东省7个典型城市中,结果显示:山东省青岛市、济南市和烟台市的区域创新文化氛围较为浓厚,有利于创新活动的发展。最后提出了未来研究的发展方向。Culture plays more and more important role in modern society,and the effects of innovation culture are approved.Regional innovation culture refers to the cultural system built in the region,which leads and promotes the innovation activities. There have been many beneficial attempts in evaluation of regional culture,but a rare research on evaluation of regional innovation culture. Based on the conception of regional innovation culture,the paper illustrated the necessity and feasibility of evaluation,trying to build an evaluation index system and model to analyze seven typical cities of Shandong province. The results showed that Qingdao,Jinan and Yantai had better atmosphere of regional innovation culture to promote innovation.And finally,the prospective tendency of the future study was suggested.
