绿色矿山建设视角下矿业企业社会责任分析

摘　　要：矿业企业的生产活动具有特殊性,它以牺牲环境和资源为代价来换取经济利益并扰动社区,因此需要承担环境保护、资源效益、社区发展等社会责任。企业社会责任的履行是绿色矿山建设推行的出发点和落脚点,要将绿色矿山建设的基本要求和社会责任融合起来:在履行社会责任时,应该全面执行国家级绿色矿山建设要求;在绿色矿山建设工作中,也要有条不紊地推进矿业企业履行社会责任。对有效落实矿业企业社会责任的建议:(1)制定矿业企业社会责任战略规划;(2)完善社会责任评价和监督体系;(3)建立政府、社区、企业和谐共赢机制。The production of mining enterprises has unique characteristics, which has sacrifi ced ecological environments for economic growth and disturbance in the community. Therefore, the social responsibility such as environmental protection, resources benefi t, and community development is needed to be undertaken. The performance of corporate social responsibility is both our starting point and ultimate goal for the introduction of green mine construction. In doing so, we should implement national green mine construction requirements, promote mining enterprises to perform social responsibility in an orderly and well-sequenced manner. On this basis, this paper is argued that we should develop strategic planning regarding mining corporate social responsibility, perfect the social responsibility evaluation and supervision system, and establish harmonious win-win mechanism of government, communities and companies.
