摘　　要：本文以应用型土木工程专业人才培养的实际需求为切入点,构建适应地方院校土木工程专业"3+1"人才培养的课程体系及运行管理机制,通过土木工程专业人才"3+1"人才培养实践及完善,为地方院校土木工程专业开展"3+1"人才培养模式提供指导。With the actual demand of the training applied talents in civil engineering specialty as the starting point,construct the course system and operating management system adapt to the “3＋1” talent training mode of Civil engineering specialty in local colleges,through practice and modification for the “3＋1” talent training mode of Civil engineering,the paper may provide guidance for Civil engineering in local colleges that developing “3＋1” talent training mode.
