摘　　要：学校化工专业2014年被列入"应用型人才培育改革试点"专业,本文结合团队教师及其他参与共建教师的经验,对本专业改革过程中的经验进行思考与总结,如教师工程背景、企业参与力度、课程体系建设和机制建设等,以期提高本专业的改革成效。A School of Chemical Engineering in 2014 included in the “Application-oriented personnel training reform” Plan. The author combines the experience of teachers involved in the team,exposed some thinking and summary,which include teachers engineering background,corporate involvement efforts,curriculum development and institution-building, expects to improve the effectiveness of the professional reform.
