摘 要:介绍了受扰电压轨迹的暂态失稳判别技术的主要机理及算法实现步骤,以2014年贵州六盘水地区电网为研究平台,研究电源密集送出地区电网的安全稳定问题,揭示电网运行风险。通过对六盘水地区电网实际系统进适应性仿真,结果表明基于受扰电压轨迹的暂失稳判别方法简单可靠、判别速度较快,且无需健全的广域测量环境。根据主要站点母线电压进行监测设计,提出紧急控制系统的示范应用方案,将其与传统安全稳定控制系统有效配合,并作为电力系统第二道防线的后备,保证了电网更加安全稳定运行。This paper introduces main mechanism of discriminant technology for transient instability of trajectory of disturbed voltage and its algorithm realization steps. Regarding Guizhou Liupanshui regional power grid in 2014 as a research plat-form,security and stability of intensive power source sending-out regional power grid was studied and running risk of the power grid was revealed. By means of adaptability simulation on practical system of Liupanshui regional power grid,it is in-dicated that discriminant method for transient instability based on trajectory of disturbed voltage is simple and reliable with fast discriminant speed and there is no need for sound wide-area measurement environment. According to bus voltage of main stations,monitoring design was conducted and demonstration application scheme for transient stability emergency con-trol system was proposed which was coordinated with traditional security stability control system and regarded as backup for the second line of defense of the power system in order to ensure more safe and stable operation of the power grid.
