高龄老年人淋巴瘤并乳糜胸1例分析

摘　　要：我科成功诊治1例淋巴瘤合并乳糜胸的高龄患者.患者以气喘、呼吸困难起病,检查发现有左侧胸腔积液和左锁骨上淋巴结增大,胸腔穿刺后诊断乳糜胸,淋巴结活检证实淋巴瘤,经过针对淋巴瘤进行分子靶向治疗,以及饮食治疗和胸膜固定术.患者的左锁骨上淋巴结明显缩小,乳糜生成减少.In this article, we reported our successful treatment for a senile lymphoma patient （male, 98 years old） complicated by chylothorax. His initial symptoms were wheezing and trouble breathing at onset. We found he had left pleura/effusion and enlarged left supraclavicular lymph nodes, and then he was diagnosed as chylothorax after thoracentesis and lymphoma by lymph node biopsy. After the lymphoma was treated by molecular target therapy and the ehylothorax by dietetic treatment and pleurodesis, the left supraclavicular lymph nodes were significantly reduced, and the output of chylothorax was also decreased.
