摘　　要：目的总结选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾错构瘤的疗效。方法对16例患者共17个错构瘤进行选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗。术后随访3-28个月,分析其疗效及并发症。结果患者栓塞术后症状消失或有所减轻;肿瘤较术前缩小11.7%-47.7%。随访期未见肿瘤增大和症状复发。结论选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾错构瘤,疗效确切、安全。Objective To summarize the efficacy of selective arterial embolization in the treatment of renal hamartoma. Methods The selective arterial embolization was performed in 16 patients with a total of 17 renel hamartomas. The patients were followed up for 3-28 months. The outcomes were summarized. Results During follow up,the symptoms of all cases were disappeared or reduced,the volume of tumors was shortened by 11.7%-47.7% and no recurrence of the symptoms and enlargement of the tumors were seen. Conclusion The selective arterial embolization is effective and safe in the treatment of renal hamartoma.
