摘  要:本研究的目的是利用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术,研究亚健康者与健康人静息态脑功能的差别。对符合筛选标准的24例亚健康者与24名年龄、教育程度相匹配的健康对照者进行静息态功能磁共振的扫描。采用局部一致性(ReHo)的方法分析数据,比较静息态下脑功能的组间差异,P<0.001、体素值≥10具有统计学意义。结果显示与健康对照组相比,亚健康组在双侧中央后回的ReHo值增高;左内侧额上回、左背外侧额上回、右前扣带和旁扣带脑回、右颞中回的ReHo值降低。ReHo值的显著差异提示静息态下亚健康者的某些脑区局部功能可能存在异常,其具体作用和是否具有指标意义值得进一步研究。This study sought to reveal the difference of brain functions at resting-state between subjects with subhealth and normal controls by using the functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology.Resting-state fMRI scans were performed on 24 subjects of sub-health and on 24 healthy controls with gender,age and education matched with the sub-health persons.Compared to the healthy controls,the sub-health group showed significantly higher regional homogeneity(ReHo)in the left post-central gyrus and the right post-central gyrus.On the other hand,the sub-health group showed significantly lower ReHo in the left superior frontal gyrus,in the right anterior cingulated cortex and ventra anterior cingulate gyrus,in the left dorsolateral frontal gyrus,and in the right middle temporal gyrus.The Significant difference in ReHo suggests that thebsub-health persons have abnormalities in certain brain regions.It is proved that its specific action and meaning deserves further assessment.
