摘  要:本研究从吉林省德惠市某父母代蛋鸡场发生疑似呼吸道病毒感染的鸡群中分离到一株鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV),命名为ck/CH/LJL/130908。该病毒基因型鉴定为Massachusetts型,与H120疫苗株和Mass 41强毒株S1基因的同源性分别为96.4%和94.4%,与H120的亲缘关系更近。但基因组遗传进化分析显示,ck/CH/LJL/130908与Ark病毒遗传关系较近。推测该病毒在起源和进化过程中可能发生了重组。应用Sim Plot软件分析证实了这种推测,表明ck/CH/LJL/130908来源于IBV 4/91、Ark和H120之间的重组。重组位点分别位于基因组ORF1ab的Nsp2、Nsp3、Nsp16和S2编码区。An avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), designated ck/CH/LJL/130908, was isolated from a diseased chicken suspected of IBV infection from Jilin province in 2013. The isolate was characterized by pathologenocity to chicken embryo, hemagglutination assay, genotyping and complete genomic sequence analysis. The identification showed that the isolate was Massachusetts genotype by $1 gene sequence analysis. However, phylogenetic analysis using complete genomic sequence displayed that it was closely related to Ark strain, implicating recombination event likely occurred during the origin and evolution of the virus. SimPlot analysis further confirmed that the isolate of ck/CH/LJL/130908 was a recombination virus from IBV strains of H120, 4/91 and Ark, and the crossover sites were found in the regions of Nsp2, Nsp3 and Nspl6 encoding sequences of ORFlab and S2.
