围手术期使用左西孟旦改善成人开放性心脏手术短期预后分析

摘　　要：目的：观察围手术期静脉使用左西孟旦与成人开放性心脏手术预后的关系。方法2012年1月～2014年1月期间行心脏直视手术的成人患者100例，根据围手术期是否使用左西孟旦分为左西孟旦组和对照组，其中左西孟旦组51例，对照组49例，比较其术前、术中及术后指标，并对术后24h左室射血分数，血LDH及CK-MB浓度，术后重症监护室停留时间，术后住院时间进行分析比较。结果左西孟旦组术后24 h左室射血分数明显高于对照组（P＜0．01），血LDH及CK-MB浓度明显低于对照组（P＜0．05），且术后重症监护室停留时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论成人开放性心脏手术围手术期使用左西孟旦可以改善心脏功能，并改善短期预后。Objective To observe the impact of perioperative Levosimendan on the short-term prognosis of adults open-heart surgery.Methods One hundred adult patients following open-heart surgery from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 were divided into Les group and observer group as perioperative levosimendan use or not.The Les group had 51 patients and observer group had 49 patients.The preoperative,perioperative and postoperative data of the patients were collected and the Left ventricular ejection fraction,blood LDH and CK-MB concentration 24th hour after surgery between the two groups as well as the postoperative ICU stay time and postoperative hospital stay time were compared.Results Les groups had a higher left ventricular ejection fraction（ P〈0 .01 ） ,lower blood LDH and CK-MB concentration 24 th hour after surgery（ P〈0.05） than the observer group.And the postoperative ICU stay time and postoperative hospital stay time were shorter in Les group.Conclusion Perioperative Levosimendan can improve the function of heart in adult patients following open-heart surgery and improve the short-time prognosis.
