战士髓核细胞的形态学和生长活性研究

摘　　要：目的：对战士突出椎间盘髓核细胞进行体外培养，并研究髓核细胞的形态学和生长活性。方法从战士髓核组织分离培养髓核细胞并传代，取传1～7代细胞作为研究对象，光镜和电镜下观察细胞形态，并对细胞进行生长计数测定。结果战士髓核细胞可在体外培养传代，前3代细胞形态良好，增殖力强。结论战士突出椎间盘髓核细胞体外培养成功，前3代细胞可用于细胞学和组织工程学研究。Objective To investigate the morphology and growth kinetics of the cells derived from the soldier herniated nucleus pulposus tissue.Methods The cells derived from the soldier herniated nucleus pulposus were cultured in vitro.Cells of 1~7 passage were taken as experimental objects.The cell morphology was observed by Optical microscope and Electron Microscope.And the growth kinetics was measured.Results The cells isolated from soldier herniated nucleus pulposus were cultured and passaged successfully,the cell morphology was well and the proliferative ability was vigorous before Passage 3.Conclusion The cells derived from the soldier herinated nucleus pulpo-sus was cultured in vitro successfully.The first 3 generation of cells could be used for cytological and tissue engineering study.
