BAFF,IL-10在干燥综合征患者血清中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的检测原发性干燥综合征(PSS)患者血清中人B细胞刺激因子(BAFF)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)表达水平及相关性,并探讨其与干燥综合征发病的关系。方法收集确诊为PSS患者血液标本28例为实验组,并以28例年龄与之相匹配的健康对照者血液作为对照组。通过酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测对照组和实验组患者血清BAFF,IL-10表达水平,并行BAFF与IL-10指标的相关性分析。结果 PSS组血清中BAFF,IL-10表达水平明显高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSS组血清BAFF与IL-10表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 BAFF,IL-10在PSS患者血清中的表达明显上调,提示两者参与PSS患者自身免疫性炎症反应过程,可以作为PSS诊断的辅助指标及治疗靶点;PSS患者血清IL-10可能上调血清BAFF的表达。Objective To investigate the expression of B cell activating factor of the Tumor Necrosis Factor family and interleukin-10 and to analyze their relationship with the pathogenesis of PSS.Methods Blood specimens were collected from patients with PSS,28 cases as experimental group,and 28 cases from normal person as control group.The expression of BAFF and IL-10 were detected by ELISA to analyze their relevances.Results Expression of BAFF and IL-10 from patients with PSS were significantly higher than normal group as well as the differences were statistically signifi-cant（P〈0.05）.The expression of BAFF and IL-10 showed a positive correlation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expres-sion of BAFF and IL-10 with PSS is upregulated,saying that they are involved in the autoimmune inflammatory reaction process.To sum up,BAFF,IL-10 may be the therapeutic targets and assisted diagnosis index of PSS;IL-10 may up-regu-lated the expression of serum BAFF with PSS.
