摘  要:目的给予寻常型银屑病患者系统的健康教育,提高患者自身健康认知水平,提高治疗依从性,减少银屑病的复发。方法 588例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组,在治疗的同时,实验组进行系统的健康教育并定期随访,对照组只进行常规随访。统计5个月内治愈例数,并对治愈患者继续随访观察,比较两组患者24个月的复发率。疗效评判以银屑病PASI疗效指数>90%为标准。结果实验组5个月内治愈率高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。实验组在12个月、18个月、24个月的复发率较对照组低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论系统的健康教育可以改变患者的行为方式,提高寻常型银屑病的治愈率并降低其复发率。Objective Health education system are given in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,to improve their own health cognitive level,patient compliance,and reduce the rate of recurrence of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Five hundred and eighty-eight patients with psori-asis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,at the same time of treatment,the experimental group were given systemic health educa-tion and routine follow-up,the control group received routine follow-up only.Statistical the cases which be cured in 5 months,the cure patients continue to be followed-up and observed.Comparison of the recurrence rate of the two groups patients in 24 months were made.The cases with psoriasis vulgaris(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI) score points in complete remission(PASI effect index 〉90%) were selected as the standard.Results The cure rate of experimental group were higher than the control group in 5 months above,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P〈0.05).The recurrence rate of experimental group in 12 months,18 months and 24 months were decreased than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education can change the behavior of pa-tients with psoriasis vulgaris and reduce it&#39;s rate of recurrence.
