摘 要:目的:建立同步检测双侧三叉神经运动核(trigeminal motor nucleus,Mo5)电活动和咬肌电活动同步记录技术,为进一步分析咬肌H反射的神经通路和可塑性机制奠定基础。方法:取成年Wistar大鼠5只,在麻醉状态下进行双侧Mo5区电活动的同步记录,同时监测双侧咬肌肌电(EMG)等多项生理指标,并对给予咬肌神经电刺激时同步记录到的肌电反应进行分析。结果:1记录稳定信号30min,可见Mo5区神经元呈一低频放电模式:左侧(1.25±0.09)Hz,右侧(1.20±0.39)Hz,P〉0.05,咬肌未见可测的电活动;2给予单侧咬肌神经电刺激(0.1-20mA,200μs,0.3Hz)不仅诱导出同侧咬肌H反射,也诱导出对侧咬肌H反射;3给予单侧咬肌神经电刺激诱发H反射时,同时引发同侧和对侧Mo5核团生物电反应;4刺激侧咬肌EMG幅值明显高于对侧(P〈0.05);刺激侧Mo5核团生物电幅值与对侧相比较差异无统计学意义。结论:对大鼠咬肌H反射的双侧Mo5区和咬肌电活动可进行有效的同步记录和分析,可用于咬肌H反射的神经通路和可塑性机制研究。Objective:To analyze the neural pathways and their underlying mechanisms of H-reflex in masseter muscles,the simultaneous recording techniques of electrical activities in bilateral trigeminal motor nucleus(Mo5)and masseter muscle during H-reflex were established in rats.Methods:Adult Wistar rats(n=5)were anesthetized and bilateral Mo5 were chosen to conduct extracellular recordings.Bilateral electromyography(EMG)of masseter muscle and other physiological functions were simultaneously monitored by apolygraph.The responses evoked by electrical stimulation of masseter nerve were preliminarily analyzed.Results:During the baseline recording for 30 minutes,a low-frequency discharge pattern was observed in bilateral Mo5(Left:1.25±0.09 Hz,Right:1.20±0.39 Hz, P〈0.05),but masseter EMG did not reveal any measurable activity.Not only ipsilateral masseter H-reflex but also contralateral masseter H-reflex were induced simultaneously by giving unilateral masseter nerve electrical stimulation.Moreover,responses of ipsilateral and contralateral Mo5 were evoked during the masseter H-reflex.The response amplitude of ipsilateral masseter EMG was higher than that of contralateral one( P〈0.05),but no significant difference between ipsilateral and contralateral Mo5 was observed( P〈0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to analyze the electrical activities in bilateral Mo5 and masseter muscle during masseter H-reflex.This may serve as an appropriate approach to exploring the neural pathways and plasticity mechanisms of H-reflex in masseter muscles.
