摘　　要：轮状病毒是一种主要引起婴幼儿腹泻的RNA病毒，轮状病毒血症及其对患儿肠外脏器的损害促进了学者们对其致病机制的深入研究，近年来在分子水平及免疫学等方面已取得了显著进展。此文就轮状病毒肠道和全身感染及致病过程中所涉及的可能机制作一综述。Rotavirus is an RNA virus that mainly causes infant diarrhea, the antigenemia of rotavirus and injuries of extraintestinal organs promote remarkable progress in molecular and immunological mechanisms over the past few years towards understanding its pathogenesis. In this review, the several possible mechanisms during intestinal, systemic infection and its pathogenic process caused by rotavirus are discussed.
