摘 要:目的:观察白花九里明提取液对胃肠运动和血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)浓度的影响,初步分析白花九里明对胃肠运动的影响及影响机制.方法:取40只小鼠,随机均分为4组,正常对照组给予0.85%NaCl注射液、新斯的明组给予0.5 mg/mL甲硫酸新斯的明溶液、白花九里明低浓度和高浓度组分别给予200 mg/mL和400 mg/mL白花九里明提取液灌胃,1次/d,按小鼠的体质量计算灌胃量(10 mL/kg),共7d.末次灌胃30 min再给5%的炭末混悬液灌胃20 min后,摘除眼球取血,检测血清NO浓度;剖腹取胃测量胃内容物残余量,取小肠测量小肠内炭末长度.结果:白花九里明低浓度和高浓度组的胃内容物残余量与正常对照组、新斯的明组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),白花九里明低浓度组的小肠内炭末长度和血清NO浓度与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白花九里明高浓度和新斯的明组的小肠内炭末长度明显大于正常对照组和白花九里明低浓度组(P<0.01)、白花九里明高浓度和新斯的明组的小肠内炭末长度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白花九里明高浓度的血清NO浓度明显高于正常对照组、新斯的明组(P<0.05或P<0.01),但与白花九里明低浓度组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:白花九里明不影响胃运动功能,其高浓度增强小肠运动作用与新斯的明效果相当,此增强作用可能是白花九里明通过提高血清NO浓度而增加小肠血流量来实现的.AIM: To observe the influence of Blumea megacephala extract on gastrointestinal movement and serum nitric oxide(NO) concentrations in mice. METHODS: Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups, a normal control group(given0.85% Na Cl injection), a neostigmine methyl sulfate group(given 0.5 mg/m L neostigmine methyl sulfate solution), and low- and highdose Blumea megacephala groups(200 and 400mg/m L, respectively). Blumea megacephala was given by gastric lavage once a day at 10 m L/kg body weight for 7 d. Thirty minutes after the last gavage, 5% carbon powder suspension was given. Twenty minutes later, eyeball blood was collected to detect NO concentrations in serum. Laparotomy was then performed to measure the amount of residual gastric, contents. Finally, the length of carbon powder, in the small intestine was measured.,, RESULTS: Compared with the normal control and neostigmine methyl sulfate groups, the l amount of residual gastric contents showed no significant changes in the two Blumea megacephala groups(P 〉 0.05). Compared with the normalcontrol group, charcoal length showed a significant change in the high dose Blumea megacephala group and neostigmine methyl sulfate group(P 〉 0.05), although there was no significant changes in the low dose group(P 〈0.01). Compared with the normal control and neostigmine methyl sulfate groups, higher NO concentrations were noted in the high dose Blumea megacephala group(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01),but the low dose group showed no significant difference(P 〉 0.05).CONCLUSION: Blumea megacephala extract has no impact on gastric movement in mice Like neostigmine methyl sulfate solution high concentration Blumea megacephala extract enhances intestinal movement by increasing the concentration of NO in serum.
