多联细菌疫苗辅助治疗儿童复发性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察多联细菌疫苗舌下滴入辅助治疗儿童复发性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将患复发性鼻窦炎患儿98例随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。2组患儿急性发作期均给与抗感染、激素及辅助治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予多联细菌疫苗舌下滴入治疗。治疗后比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.88%高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多联细菌疫苗舌下滴入辅助治疗儿童复发性鼻窦炎疗效显著,能显著提高患儿机体的免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe multigang bacterial vaccines under the tongue drip into the auxiliary clinical curative effect for the treatment of recurrent sinusitis in children. Methods Will suffer from recurrent sinusitis in children with 98 cases randomly divided into observation group and control group（n=49）. Two groups of children with acute phase were given anti-infection, hormone and auxiliary treatment, on the basis of the observation group was treated in the control group given multigang bacterial vaccines under the tongue drip into the treatment. Compare two groups therapeutic effect after treatment. Results Observation group total effective rate was 93.88% higher than the control group of 81.63%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multigang bacterial vaccines under the tongue drip into the auxiliary treatment of children with recurrent sinusitis curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the body＇s immune function in children with, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
