湘西民族地区文化旅游转型的实践与经验探讨——基于凤凰古城的考察

摘　　要：地处湘西民族地区的凤凰古城文化资源积淀深厚,在烟草主导产业因政策调整而急剧衰退的情况下,走上了发展文化旅游的道路。因受内外部条件及环境的影响,文化旅游经历了酝酿探索、快速发展、减速调整、转型升级的路径演变及阶段转换,在发展的过程中也有一系列现实困境。剖析根源,总结教训,提出启示,以为更多的民族地区发展文化旅游提供参考和借鉴。The Ancient City of Fenghuang, located in Xiangxi Minority Nationality Regions, has profound cultural resources. With leading tobacco industry declining rapidly due to policy changes in tobacco cases,she is on the way to the development of cultural tourism. Owing to the internal and external conditions and environmental impacts,cultural tourism has undergone an evolution of gestation and exploration, rapid development, decelerating adjustments, transition and upgrades,as well as staged conversion. However,in the developing process,there are a series of practical dilemmas. The author made an analysis of the root causes, summarized the lesson and gave some enlightenment aiming to provide information and reference for more ethnic regions to develop cultural tourism.
