摘　　要："三国干涉还辽"的结果使得日本将辽南地区交还清廷,日本为俄国迫使其交还辽东半岛而渐生敌意,以此为始积极备战,准备与俄国争夺东北,日、俄之间的冲突与矛盾逐渐升级。清末十年之间,清朝失去朝鲜外藩的屏障,辽东半岛由俄国强占再至日本经营,黄渤海制海权的丧失,导致清朝京师地方安全危在旦夕。清末十年间,清廷为维护东北边疆,开始周旋于列国之间,作出了一系列的外交努力。The result of＂ Triple Intervention＂ f orce Japan return the south area of Liaoning province to Qing government. So Japan gradually hold hostility to Russia for ＂ Triple Intervention＂. From then, Japan begin to military preparation for occupy Manchuria, the contradictions and conflicts between Japan and Russia escalated. In the last ten years of Qing Dynasty, Qing government lost Korean Peninsula which is the most important barrier. After then, the Liaodong Peninsula occupied by Russia and Japan, also the Qing government lost the mastery of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea.The above results lead Peking which is the capital of Qing government safety at stake. In the last ten years of Qing Dynasty,in order to save the Manchurian frontier,Qing government made a series of diplomatic efforts.
