摘　　要：从历史上看,在民国时期,新疆地区的政权组织形态一方面贯彻了中央政策的精神,另一方面,又结合了本地区的历史渊源和发展现状。以此为研究重点,对这一时期该地区的基层政权组织进行了深入探究,分析了区村制的发展过程,并对其具体特点和产生的影响进行了深入的探讨。From the point of view of history,in the period of the Republic of China,Xinjiang＇s political organization form on the one hand,implement the spirit of the central policy,on the other hand and combined with the historical origin and the present development of the region. In order to focus on,to this period the region of the grass-roots political power organization of in-depth study,analysis of the district and village of the development process,and in-depth discussion on the specific characteristics and the influence.
