摘  要:针对我国部分城镇污水处理厂在取消初沉池后,生化池出现泥沙淤积、污泥活性降低、污泥性质改变等问题,以粒径≤200μm的细微泥沙为研究对象,基于SBR反应器小试,考察了不同粒径的细微泥沙对活性污泥性质的影响。当进水中分别掺混平均粒径为19.8、72、118.6μm的细微泥沙且保持其浓度均为300 mg/L时,系统运行36 d后,污泥浓度从初期的3 450 mg/L分别提升为7 898、5 389、3 742 mg/L,MLVSS/MLSS值则从0.67分别降至0.33、0.48、0.59;掺混19.8μm泥沙的污泥絮体粒径缓慢下降,掺混72μm泥沙的污泥絮体粒径缓慢增加,而掺混118.6μm泥沙的污泥絮体粒径与空白对照相当;随着MLVSS/MLSS值的降低,混合液污泥体积指数(SVI)和毛细吸水时间(CST)值也明显降低,掺混泥沙粒径为19.8μm时,其SVI与CST值较对照组分别降低了70.1%和57.1%,说明小粒径的细微泥沙能显著改善污泥沉降和脱水性能;同时,活性污泥混合液中细微泥沙浓度低于4 300 mg/L时,对系统的氧传质系数无显著影响。To solve the problems of sediment deposition in biochemical tank, decrease of sludge activity and the change of sludge properties in some of municipal sewage treatment plants in China after cancellation of primary sedimentation tanks, the effect of fine sediment with particle size of less than or equal to 200 μm on the properties of activated sludge was investigated by SBR in laboratory. The running results showed that when 300 mg/L of fine sediment with particle sizes of 19.8 μm, 72 μm and 118.6 μm were added into the influent respectively, the sludge concentrations were increased from 3 450 mg/L to 7 898 mg/L, 5 389 mg/L and 3 742 mg/L respectively, and the MLVSS/MLSS ratios were decreased from 0.67 to 0.33, 0.48 and 0.59 respectively after 36 days of operation. The floc size of sludge mixed with 19.8 μm sediment was decreased slowly, that mixed with 72 μm sediment was increased slowly,and that mixed with 118.6 txm sediment was equal to that of the blank control. With the decrease of MLVSS/MLSS ratio, sludge volume index (SVI) and capillary suction time (CST) of mixed liquid were also significantly lowered, and compared with the control group, the SVI and CST were decreased by 70.1% and 57.1% respectively when the mixed sediment size was 19.8 txm, indicating that the sediment with small size could significantly improve sludge settling and dewatering properties. At the same time, fine sediment concentration of lower than 4 300 mg/L in the activated sludge mixed liquor had little effect on the system oxygen mass transfer coefficient.
