摘  要:选取城市污水厂一级处理出水、二级处理出水、消化反应上清液分别与RO浓水混合,配制3组RO浓水占30%的混合液,分析小球藻在3种培养液中的生长情况及其对混合液中Ca^2+、Mg^2+、Na^+、K^+、PO4^3-、SO4^2-、Cl^-的去除效果。结果表明:在3种混合液中小球藻均能正常生长,生物量分别增加了330%、310%和290%;阳离子浓度下降9.0%~96.5%,3种混合液中的Ca^2+、Mg^2+去除率与混合液的碱度成正比,两种离子在消化液混合液中的去除率分别高达96.5%和44.2%,Na^+、K^+去除率介于9.0%~26.2%之间;3种混合液中PO4^3-的去除率高达75.9%~99.7%,SO4^2-去除率介于1.5%~19.4%,Cl^-浓度下降12.6%~25.5%;小球藻的生物量与Na^+、K^+及Cl^-的去除率成正比。The primary effluent, secondary effluent and digester supernatant were mixed with RO concentrate respectively to prepare three kinds of mixtures with RO concentrate concentration of 30%. The growth of Chlorella in the mixtures and the removal efficiency of Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , Na^+ , K^+, PO4^3-- , SO4^2- and Cl^- by Chlorella were investigated. The results showed that the biomasses of Chlorella in the three kinds of mixtures were increased by 330%, 310% and 290%, respectively. The concentrations of the four kinds of cations were reduced by 9.0% to 96.5%, the removal rates of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ were proportional to the alkalinity in the three kinds of mixtures and were up to 96.5% and 44.2% respectively in digester mixture, and the removal rates of Na^+ and K^+ were between 9.0% and 26.2%. The removal rates of PO3^4- , SO4^2- and Cl^- in the three kinds of mixtures were 75.9% to 99.7% , 1.5% to 19.4% and 12.6% to 22.5%, respectively. The biomasses of Chlorella were proportional to the removal rates of Na^+ , K^ + and Cl^-.
