摘 要:在相同热处理制度下,检验了ASTM A485标准中A485-1、A485-2钢种和GB/T 18254—2002中GCr15SiMn轴承钢的淬透性,结果表明:A485-1和A485-2的淬透性、GCr15SiMn的淬透性均大于60HRC。通过成分分析可知,A485-2钢中w(C)低于GCr15SiMn中的w(C),A485-1钢中w(Cr)低于GCr15SiMn中的w(Cr),与GCr15SiMn钢相比,碳化物(Cr,Fe)C的析出存在减少的趋势,在一定程度上有利于提高钢的疲劳寿命。从经济及轴承的使用寿命角度考虑,在生产轴承时,按轴承规格选择材料的顺序为:GCr15,A485-1,GCr15SiMn,A485-2,建议我国轴承制造企业将A485-1,A485-2材料应用在轴承制造领域。Under the same heat treatment process,the hardenabilities of A485-1 and A485-2 steels in ASTM A485 standards and GCr15 SiMn bearing steel in GB/T18254—2002 were inspected.The results showed that the hardenabilities of A485-1 and A485-2,the hardenability of GCr15 SiMn were all higher than 60 HRC.Through chemistry analysis,it was known that w(C)in A485-2 steel was less than w(C)in GCr15 SiMn steel and w(Cr)in A485-1 was less than w(Cr)in GCr15 SiMn steel.Comparing with GCr15 SiMn steel,the precipitation of carbide(Cr,Fe)C tends to decrease,which is beneficial to improving the fatigue life of bearing steels.Considering economy and the service life of bearings,the selection order of bearing material according to the specifications should be GCr15,A485-1,GCr15 SiMn,A485-2.So A485-1 and A485-2bearing materials are suggested to be used in bearing manufacturing process.
