摘 要:为了将宽厚板连铸机振动伺服缸内泄量有效地控制在规定的范围内,对连铸机振动伺服缸内泄量的主要影响因素进行了分析,发现振动伺服缸内泄量的变化趋势与FDA数据记录软件在线监测采集到的伺服阀开口度、压力以及伺服缸位移曲线存在着密切关系,可利用此数据做出伺服缸内泄量的趋势图。利用该趋势图判断伺服缸内泄量是否超标,从而提出可行的应对方案。To control the inner-leakage amount of vibrating servo cylinder for wide slab caster in the specified range,the main influencing factors of inner-leakage amount of the servo cylinder were analyzed.It was found that the changing trend of inner-leakage amount of the servo cylinder had a closed relation with the data such as the opening of the servo valve,the pressure and the displacement curves of the servo cylinder that FDA data record software collected online.The trend chart of the inner-leakage amount of the servo cylinder can be drawn up using this data and used to judge whether the innerleakage amount is beyond the standard value.Then the feasible solutions can be put forward.
