摘　　要：城市水利是城市基础设施之一,是城市化发展的重要基础。随着城市现代化发展,城市水利工程建设逐渐引起社会各界的关注。从城市可持续发展的战略目标出发,主要分析了城市水利工程的特点及设计理念,从而为城市水利工程建设提供参考。Water resources project is one of basic infrastructures in urban areas and the foundation of city development. Along with urban modernization, water resources development has attracted great concern from all circles of our society. Thus, analysis is made on the characteristic of water resources project in urban areas and philosophy of design, from the viewpoint of strategic target of sustainable development, so as to accumulate experiences for water project construction in urban areas.
