摘  要:用Abaqus有限元模态分析法进行微波部、组件结构设计可以提高盒体结构的可靠性和产品的性能。针对一种典型的微波介质振荡器(DRO)产品的模态分析得出其固有频率、振型及应力应变分布,提出产品在进行电路布局时的抗振动优化设计方案。经过结构优化设计的Ku波段DRO在100~1kHz范围、功率谱密度0.08g2/Hz的强振动条件下相噪恶化不超过5dB,输出频谱顶端展宽不超过1kHz,信号频谱无扭曲、杂波,满足了实际工程的需求,提出了结合抗振设计优化电路设计的新思路。Using Abaqus finite eliment modal analysis method to design the structure of microwave components can raise the reliability of box-structure and the performance of production.This paper performs modal analysis to typical microwave dielectric resonator oscillator(DRO)to gain the intrinsic frequency,oscillation type and stress strain distribution,presents anti-vibration optimization design project when the production is carrying through circuit layout.After structure optimization design,in strong vibration condition of power spectrum density 0.08g2/Hz and scope 100~1kHz,the phase noise deterioration of optimized DRO in Ku-band is less than 5dB,peak width spread of output spectrum is less than 1kHz,and signal spectrum has no distortion and clutter,which satifies the request of practical engineering and gives new thought optimizing circuit combing anti-vibration design.
